A certain third party is interested in possessing one of NASA's Delta-II rockets, often used for the launch of space probes and satellites. Needless to say, these rockets are quite large and unweildy, and will be under tight security. You will probably need to arrange for some sort of heavy-haul vehicle to take the rocket away.
Reward: $25,000,000
Risks: Enormous punishments if you are caught; you will probably never see the light of day again.
Notes: It may be easier to transport the rocket in sections. And an insider would be a great help.
